Pre-Course Assessment
We will give you both oral and written tests (either in Chinese character or Pinyin) and accordingly provide you suggestions regarding your present Chinese level. Your personal learning plan will be based on your test results. |

Feedback
We put strong emphasis on feedback from students and in order to facilitate this, students are encouraged to fill out our questionnaires. Students also receive learning progress reports every 20 to 30 lessons.

Convenient times
The class is organized according to your schedule. We can even reschedule lessons when you need, providing 24 hours notice is given. Our available hours are from 7:00am to 9pm.
